Program Overview
Our Hospitality Management diploma program prepares you manage front office, housekeeping and food operations and maximize staff productivity in a wide range of service-based work environments. Our curriculum focuses on industry-specific training required to provide an exceptional client experience and strengthens your knowledge of budget management, staff supervision, health and safety regulations, customer service and more. You will also develop your team building, communication and basic accounting skills to become a valued member of any hospitality team.
