About this Program
As a graduate of our fast-track 6-week Customer Service Diploma program, you’ll learn the finer points of professionalism, customer service and basic computing. You’ll gain an understanding of how to identify company objectives, set sales goals and be a productive and contributing member of the service team. Graduates of our program are equipped with the skills to handle a multitude of positions within the customer service industry.
